1. WHO WE ARE

─────────────

These Terms of Service govern your use of the BestBeyond50

website and all products and services we offer, including

The Circle membership, the By Design programme, The Gathering

events, The Immersion retreat, and The Academy coach training

programme.

By purchasing any of our products or services, or by

registering on our website, you agree to these terms.

2. OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

─────────────────────────────

The Circle is a monthly or annual membership giving access to

the BestBeyond50 private community, online training library,

and monthly live webinars.

Possibility Explorer is a year long programme of discovery delivered through

13 weeks of webinars, alternating with 13 weekly live Q&A sessions,

and includes full membership of the Circle, the community and the treasury of training materials.

Members may start at any time as they will have 12 month access and can attend the

26 week of sessions twice within their membership.

The Gathering is a quarterly in-person networking and

connection day included in both Circle and Possibility Explorer memberships.. Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise

agreed.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT

──────────────────────

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where

applicable. We reserve the right to change our prices. Changes

will not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment is processed securely through our payment provider.

We do not store card details.

Instalment plans are available for some products. Failure to

make payments may result in loss of access.

Founding Member pricing is available for a limited time only

and is not available retrospectively.

4. YOUR ACCOUNT

Each account is for one individual only. Do not share your

login details. You are responsible for maintaining security

of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that

violate these terms.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

──────────────────

By joining BestBeyond50, you agree to:

• Treat all members, staff and facilitators with respect

• Not share, reproduce or distribute our content without

written permission

• Not use our community for any commercial purpose without

written agreement

• Not post content that is discriminatory, offensive,

abusive or misleading

• Not impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity

We reserve the right to remove any member who consistently

acts in ways harmful to the community, without refund.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

─────────────────────────

All BestBeyond50 content — including course materials,

workbooks, videos, podcast episodes and community resources —

is the intellectual property of Sales Marketing & Retail

Trading Ltd. You may use content for personal development

only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell or create derivative

works from our content without prior written consent.

Academy graduates are licensed to use the BestBeyond50

methodology in accordance with their certification agreement.

7. EVENT CANCELLATION AND CHANGES

If we cancel or significantly change a Gathering or Immersion:

• We will notify you as soon as possible

• If we cancel, you will receive a full refund

• If we reschedule, you may transfer your ticket or

receive a full refund

We are not responsible for travel or accommodation costs.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

BestBeyond50 provides coaching, education and community

support. We are not a medical, therapeutic, financial or

legal service. Nothing in our programmes constitutes

professional advice in these areas.

Our liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid

for the specific product or service in question.

9. 30 DAY GUARANTEED REFUND

--------------------------------------

All monies paid will be refundable if requeted with 30 days of payment without quibble.

After that period all payments for the year both lump sum or monthly will be due

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
